Replacing Stock Radio - 2007 G35

So I'll be purchasing a 2007 G35 Coupe tomorrow and the first thing that will have to go is the stock radio. I'll be replacing it with a Pioneer head unit and a 7" VGA screen. I will finally put my CarPC back in this vehicle. Had it in my 3000GT VR-4 about 2 years ago and just never put it into my current vehicle. Anyway, I did a little searching and found the radio removal .pdf for the '03-'05 model. Is there anything different with the '07? Do you still need to order the A/C circuit board or whatever that piece is?

Also, this wouldn't do, would it?

I need to get my ducks in a row first before I tackle this project.

I have a 2006 6MT and there are some differences for the 05-06. I'm not exactly sure how things changed for the 07. In general I believe it is easier as you don't have to remove as many dash pieces. I have instructions for the 05-06 which I will try to post a link for when I get home. I put a 7" pioneer Nav in myself and I will warn you that you may need to make a spacer to go around the headunit if you get the double din conversion piece. The dimms on the HU face are just a little small. I put in an Avic Z110bt, so if you install just a monitor/ a different HU it may fit differently. I'd recommend comparing exact dimmentions if you don't want to end up with a surprise. The link you posted looks like the Metra Kit. I highly recommend getting the JDM piece with the AC controller as this looks much better than the Metra Kit, which doesn't really match the interior well and has the wrong buttons. It is more expensive, but most people on this site will agree with me. If you're gonna put this kind of money into the car and stereo, it's worth getting the nice dash piece. If you need any other help let me know. Look in the classifieds and you can get the JDM piece for less.

Well, I will have a single-DIN non-motorized screen and a Pioneer single-DIN headunit as well. Does the JDM piece come with individual grills for each DIN? Also, with yours, did you still have to do some soldering for the A/C controller piece?
