Driver's side seat belt is wet

So, almost every morning when I get into my car, my seat belt is damp. It really makes no sense. Then while I drive it dries up and becomes stiff. Then again, next time I get in my car it will be damp again. Any ideas whats going on? Also, whenever I get in my car, I notice it is either unusually warm/humid/damp in the whole car.

Look for rips or deformations in the shape of the rubber gasket/seal that goes around the top edge roof near the door glass. The glass is supposed to mate up with it when the door is closed, and and the window will rise an extra 1/8" or so so that it seals tighter when you close the door. Make sure your window indeed goes up that last 1/8" or so after the door shuts.

If you can't find anything, then sit in your car and have someone spray the outside passengers side with a hose and look for leaks so you can see exactly where the water is coming from. Sure, you might get a little more water in your car from doing that test, but if you can find and fix the problem, you'll avoid having a lot more water in your car in the long run.

Sunroof drain hose? Had that problem once. Although it didnt soak the belt, it created a weird soaking problem.
