Remote Starter to AT Check

Remote Starter to AT Check
Hey
So I get a remote starter/alarm combo installed on my 05 AT Coupe and now my AT check light comes on and the car feels like it wont get outta 1st gear. It revs up to like 25-3K to get rolling and once it gets going it has to revs up high. I got the Viper 5901 installed on it after much debate and hesitation. I unfortunately got it done at Best Buy but i got the warranty plan and all that. I took it to infiniti this morning and they tell me its a ground wire issue, as they didn't put it back and hence the tranny is acting up. So all in all, Im pretty pissed at myself for getting a remote starter/alarm combo from best buy as I already was a bit apprehensive on doing it. I just want my car running normally again.

3 weeks ago i also had a viper alarm installed in my 05 auto coupe. It was a 5902 so its probably the same exact wiring as the 5901. I had zero problems with it, since i paid a little extra to get it installed by 15 year experienced professionals. It seems that best buy messed something up.
