alright, so i took off my windshield wipers and havent put them back on, and ive noticed this noise for a while since its not so frequent, but tonight, it just kept going and i had no idea where the noise was coming from. so i checked outside and i guess theres a button or **** next to the windshield wipers that kept turning left and right. i have no idea what that button is for and how to stop it.
