Am I missing a cover? See pic below..

WTF? If it's only for an AUTO, can I make it fit onto my car which is a 6mt... I don't see why not???

The cover you are "missing" is the JDM bettery cover. On the RHD Nissan version of our car. The battery is on the opposite side of the engine bay. You can buy it pre-modded from quite a few of our vendors on the site. It's just one of the first mods most members do to cover up the gaping hole over the brake fluid reservoir. Which is why yours seems out of place. lol.

FX's and even 350Z always had them too. Not a clue why they didn't do that for the G35's from the factory. RHD cover was first mod I did to mine and thought the same as you when I got my G new...I got jacked or jipped wtf lol.

Newb nothing. haha. We are missing a cover. As stated earlier, the 350z, FX, and G37 all have that cover on them.

Looks like Nissan skimped out on the G35. Were they trying to save weight?

edit: m35, m45, fx35, all have those covers..

Unless you have a lot of people looking in your engine bay or it really bugs you, I never saw the point in investing in that cover. Even if it is only $40, I can buy food for a week with $40.

For people with polished engine bays and whatnot, definitely worth it. I agree it looks way better.
