No spoiler lights???

picked up my used 05g35coupe SS 5AT last Wednesday and noticed today that the spoiler brake light is not working. There's also no trunk light inside the cabin. Is this normal? How do I enable the spoiler light?

Thanks for your help.

pull the felt liner off the trunk lid...my light was out and i found the wire was disconected. if its conected then i dont know. if your car came with the spoiler from the factory, then you will not have the 3rd brake light inside the cabin. more than likely your warranty has ended on the 05

Thanks. I'll check the wiring. My 2005 only has 78,000 km on it (48,467 miles). Is it still covered? thx!

According to Infiniti Canada, your basic coverage is 4 yrs/100,000 kms. However, genuine Infiniti accessories only have a warranty of 1 yr/20,000 kms.

If you purchased your G35 from an Infiniti dealership, tell them the problem and force them to fix it. This shouldn't be a wear and tear issue in only 5 days.
