Exterior Body question

Hi guys. Just a quick question.

Is the body of a G35 03' coupe remained the same until the 06' coupe?

for some reason I have weird eyes and I think the 03-04 is a lil different compared to the '05 specially the '06

sometimes it would really look the same.

I think my eyes are retarded. Just the exterior only thx for any info of diff. (if they really are)

06/07 coupes with sport packages have different front bumpers and side skirts.

In 2006 the headlights were changed to include projectors, remove the orange lens to clear out the turn signal area and remove the clearance strip light bulb on the side of the headlight.

in 2006 the taillights reverse light was changed from a circle to a rectangle and they are 3 dimensional as opposed to the earlier lights which were flat

In case you're wondering, all the external parts are directly interchangeable (03-05 vs 06-07).

The interior change is not straight-forward though (03-04 vs 05-07).

Haha answered pretty much answered my question! Does that include the sport bumper as well? I was considering getting one for my 03 coupe. it looks really clean.

Also, the clearance strip deletion on the 06+ headlights, what was put in place light wise? Is it just the strip now, or is it illuminated?

Thanks!

yeah you can put a sport bumper on an 03 and as for the clearence strip, there's nothing there now, no lighting.

I think if you go w/ the sport bumper, there's only 1 lip that will fit it I believe.. You might just want to check out aftermarket if you're thinking of making a front bumper change.. Just so you know all your options.. But beware of different clearances of the bumpers, and them being lower than your side skirts.. Will throw your look off if you're not careful.

The sport bumper will fit. You'll just have difficulty finding aftermarket lips, if you decide to add one.

The clearance strip was completely removed. Instead, there is a small bulb in the fog light assembly that runs as your parking light.
