350Z kill in FT. Oglethorpe GA.

Going to visit a friend out that way, about a mile from exit 350 a 350Z is rolling along, wheels, exhaust, wing are very visible. Probably had intake as well. We both exit, turn and stop at the underpass light. He puts his cell phone down, revs a couple times, light turns green, we take off almost even, with him leading by a bumper, I shift, I pull almost half a car on him, shift into third, little chirp, and end up pulling him by just over a car. He then slows down and ends up turning off somewhere. My g35 is still stock for now..... still making plans on what route I will go with.

Thanks, I think its all in the driver, 7hp and a few lb advantage gets you no where if you can't drive it.

I'm sure the wheels had something to do with it...unless they were lightweight wheels. rotational mass is a killer...

Good point, I am all about "high quality" aftermarket wheels, I just don't the logic behind buying aftermarkets that are worth less with lower quality than factory.....
