03 G35 coupe windows go up then down

Hello.
Just got this 03 coupe 2 days ago. This morning I went to start the car, rolled down window like half then rolled it back up but when it reach the top it does not stop, it roll back down to the half open position. Does anyone see this before? or did I set anything by mistake?
Thanks.

So let me get this straight..

You roll the window down half way.
You roll the window back up, however upon reaching the top it rolls itself back down half way.

Is that accurate?

Interesting. If you are able to roll the window up all the way and shut the car off with the window fully up, then start the car again, does the window roll back down?

I roll it up and as soon as it reach to the top it roll back down again. It won't stop at all. Even engine off or on does not matter. I can roll all the way down with no problem and it stay down. Thanks.

It sounds to me like the "feature" in the remote (most likely whatever allows it in the car, not specifically the remote) is causing it to do this. Just a guess though. This "feature" I'm talking about is when you press and hold the unlock button on the fob, which rolls both windows down about 1/3 of the way as you're explaining. Again, I would not blame the remote itself, however not having the remote near the car may be a good test. I did some searching and found some threads on people asking how to disable this feature with no resolution. Unless someone has any other ideas, Infiniti dealership is probably your best bet to find out what is malfunctioning. Sounds like it could be a ground on the lock tumbler or similar issue.

I drove my friends 06 coupe and it used to do this I just kept playin with it, letting go off the switch before it rolled all the way up or whatever and eventually it would stay up

Same here...

I've taken mine in twice for this.

It is the anti-pinch feature.

For some reason when the window goes up it triggers the anti-pinch and comes down automatically so it doesn't chop off a kids finger.

I have just gotten used to keeping my finger on the window switch the whole time a window is going up. It won't do it it I keep the switch up.

Check with your dealer, I bet he is extremely aware of this issue.
