Wow, i just got the check from State farm Insurance and its only 1,500!!! WHAT!!!!

Are you kidding me? This can't be right. Where do they get price like this?

1,500 for all 4 wheels and all 4 tires. lmfao .

that sucks, but i bought my oem rays used in mint condition with tires for 800

Damn man, that's harsh. Hopefully you can work out a better deal from the insurance company. If not, there is always a used set of wheels and tires.

No they did not talk to me before sending the check. When i filed a claim to the agent, they told me a person would come and inspect the vehicle and have a talk with me.

Well the person came to my house 2 days later than the appointment date and didn't even talk to me or let me know what will be going on.

if you go buy everything send them a copy of the receipt and theyll have to reimburse you for everything.

Gotta love insurance companies. Think if you didn't have money to immediately replace all 4 wheels and tires? While they're picking their asses debating whether or not to give you more money... your car is still sitting on cinder blocks in the driveway. I hate dealing with insurance companies!!!!

If you thought you were going to get 6k, you definatly were mis informed. They give you a value based on depreciation, just because the dealer charges 1000+ a wheel. That is not what the insurance company will base its value on. $1500 is not to far off what used stock wheels with decent tires go for.

hey, you can still buy some pretty nice wheels with tires used for around 1.5k-2k. check out the marketplace.
