As ugly as that **** is, you can't say someone doesn't take care of their car and doesn't maintain it purely by looking at their poor taste in mods. That doesn't make sense. There's a tonne of loser civic drivers that wash their car everyday. Their car still looks wack, doesn't mean they don't take care of it.
