I'm ordering akebonos soon and was gonna send them to Mike as well to get them powder coated in candy red or just normal red.

Congrats on your purchases!
Mike at thepowdercoater.com did them for 350 plus shipping - might be able to get them done a bit cheaper if you do the prep work.

I think they'll look sweet - you almost have to have a BBK with these wheels - so much open area - they make your stock brakes look so small and crappy...

They seem to grip a bit better - i feel a difference - however my brakes were about cashed so that could be why as well...

I love them though - really fill up the gap behind the wheel - and the Candy Apple matches the lugs nicely and isn't too outlandish. I'm very happy with it!

looks great, a nice mod IMO would be to paint your mt fuji on the grill and trunk if you have one there too gunmetal to match your wheels

awesome. you should paint the lugs the same color as your calipers. i think that would look real good.

Love the Brakes....!

Brake set up looks great! From a visual concept the colored lugs take away from your brakes, your eye stops at the lugs before you ever see the large calipers. My taste, I dislike colored lugs....too rice! (what ever that means)
