I just bought a used infinity g35 coupe, it was an out of state purchase and it only came with 1 key and 1 alarm unit. I would like to have another made so i have a complete back up set of key's in case one is lost or anything of that nature. My local infinity dealer wants $325 for everything, this seems very, very expensive to me. Are there any places online i can order the key/alarm unit from and then have it cut/programmed locally?

try looking for key and remote combo on ebay. thats where i got my spare from. think i paid $30 for it shipped. my local dealer cut the key for free and programmed 2 keys for $100

think i paid about 15 for the fob and 8 for the key. went to a local shop and they had it cut and programed with thier locksmith for $50.

the hell with the dealership unless they will cut and program for free.

 

What are the odds in any stealership giving us anything "FREE?"
