Question In headlight and bumper Indicators on with headlights?

Hi Guys

I am very new to the G35 scene having bought my 09/03 G35 coupe a few weeks back.

When my headlights are on why are my indicators (in the headlights) and in my bumpers always on? Is there are any way to leave them off while the headlights are on?

Also i want to install clear indicators in the headlights and the bumpers. I found the one for the bumpers but didnt see any for the headlights.

Any advice would be awesome. I'll post up pics of the car with an intro soon

Ejaz

The bulbs in the 03-05 headlights are dual filament - they double as parking lights and turn signals. This is why they are on when your headlights are on.

The side markers are parking lights. They do not blink without modification.

The lens in the 03-05 headlights needs to be dremeled out and replaced with a clear lens.

Your best option is to just get 06+ headlights with projectors. The turn signals there are single filaments - so they only light up when turn on your blinker(s). Also, the lens is already clear (the bulbs are amber).
