LoL, I hear ya Gary. What am I waiting for? Im waiting for something to leave our streets that yall in Cali dont ever have to deal with.... SALT! Our streets are still salted and sanded all to hell. AND theres still ice and crap all over the place. Id rather wait another month until my streets are cleared of that crap before taking my lovely out.

Shes been hibernating all winter, she can sit another month.

As for the impul sides.... eh, ive seen pics of with and without and both look good to me. Either way, it wont kill me too much if (once I get the Kuruma on) that I realize I want the Impuls too.

Im kind of suprised at how much it costs to get it painted though. Ive been getting quotes from 420 - 585. Some with blending the fenders to ensure a paint match and some without. Pricey, thats for sure.

In our economy one would think body shops would be looking for work but no, some or most just want to screw ya. I had my KurumaZ bumper on and decided I needed the Impul sides to complete the "Look!" The bodyshop that painted my bumper wanted....are you sitting down...$1100. I asked him if I had STUPID written on my forehead...went two blocks away and got another quote for $700. Well that's better but still way to high. PMd the member that made the Impul sides and had it painted/installed for $350. Major difference from the previous quotes. Sorry bout your weather and road conditions all we have are floods and earthquakes.... and fires!

Damn! Wait wait wait.... you're sayin they wanted 1100 to paint the impul sides? Are you friggin kidding me? Lol! Thats ridiculous.

Lol, I'll sit here happy with our salt and winters to avoid fires, floods, and earthquakes. Although, i wont be a bit surprised when we start seeing flooding after this snow decides to melt.

And, as always, im sure you'll be right again and I'll want the Impul sides. But, we'll see....

One thing I learned about aftermarket bumpers, and body parts, etc... don't send your thanks until you've test fitted the parts.

Regardless how the fitment turns out, I still say the service I received was top notch and I couldnt be happier with that aspect.
