I don't see how any g35 owner could beat up their car. Just doesn't make any sence to mess up a nice car. Mine is an 03 with 53k miles and it just has rock chips in the front of the car and the door panes are some scratches. I'm the second owner so I didn't to get to keep it up but I'm slowly bring it back to near new condition.

I think G35 owners are in the same boat as Benz/BMW/Audi

Most people take care of them and keep them clean

From my experiences from the automotive industry most Benz and BMW owners that own c class & 3 series are so much more pickier about their cars than s class & 7 series owners

Thats cause the C and 3 owners, can barely afford their car, or are just starting out.

If you are buying a 90k dollar sedan, then you really don't care about your car, or you would have a 997tt or a GTR, or you already do.

My Athens Blue had 45k on it and looked new inside and out. Got totaled. My new (to me) Diamond Graphite has 18k on it and looks new too.

I plan to keep her that way as long as she's still in my posession, which will hopefully be a very long time.

Mines is. I reversed into a wall once(fixed), door dings from other cars, scratches from other people, the garage door accidentally closed on my rear bumper, scraped the front passenger side bumper pulling into the garage, parents beat the front bumper to **** hitting curbs....sad.

Mine looks perfect with 53k on it. Just the usually rock chips on the front.

It's all about priorities. Dents, dings, scratches, are not on the top of my list. Standard mechanical maintenance trumps physical appearance. I also have more than one car, a family, a house. The G is a great car, but not my baby'

My interior roof has marks from transporting rims and tires. My rear bumper has a dent. Rear quarter panel has a scratch from running into a short wall. The outside trip piece that the drivers side window rolls into is loose from buying a crappy fitting window, it's also the only window other than the windshield not tinted. There's a couple deep scratches from neighborhood kids bashing my car with flourecent lights. Driver side keyhole cover is loose from someone trying to jack me. typical rock chips on the hood for a car with 107k. Outter lower door trim on the passenger side is broken. Other than that.. it still looks like new'
