I just had this happen to me a few weeks ago.

I got a bunch of quotes and most of them were about 800-900 for bumper replacement.

Hopefully you find the guy that did it. The guy who hit me was honest enough to wait and payed me full in cash 2 days later.

 

hey, i talked to the camera man, he said he saw on the video, and he think one of the associate drove a silver car back up and hit it. he will tell me more detail tomorrow at work. what you think i should do? should i give the video to the cop? or wait to find out who did it and give him a chance?

 

No. I would go straight to the cops. He didn't have the honesty to own up. He doesn't get a chance.

 

Dude, whats with our cars? Every time I see a post about a hit and run, or see a G driving around the area, it's always dented in the exact same place.

It's like the G is shaped weird so when people back into it, they don't know if they are going to hit it or not.

yeah he/she deserved that cop treatment, will teach him a good lesson, sorry to hear man,my g got dinged by a cab driver(because taxi color paint was on my g :P) c, again hit and run the guy was probably trying a u-turn and grind my passenger side .

makes me worried to park my car anywhere... get justice and give him no chance

 

Hopefully the vid has a clear shot of the driver or you've just got a silver car hitting you...owner can say they lent it to someone. If you do find the owner of the car tell them they've got two choices...Pay for the repairs out of pocket plus an extra $G on top(being a goof fee)or you're giving the cops the vid and their insurance can pay for the repairs(if they have coverage).

I've had my G for less than a month and I've got this one neighbor in my complex that constantly opens his door into other people's car, I swear to God if I see his paint on my car door, I'm gonna hit him with a blowdart, straight up ninja style. Sorry to hear about your car dude, I hope you find out who it belongs to and serve him up some justice!
