Plug n play ECU tuners?

I have been looking at osiris pre mapped tuners and wasnt sure if you would see any significant gains for the money.Any input is greatly appreciated. thanks

Its an excellent product but its not plug and play cause you still have to get it tuned for your best results.Im thinking of going with the Osiris and ditching the utec.
