brake line compartment cover

Though I saw a post indicating where you can get a cover that fits over the brake line area similar to the cover where the battery is. Why isn't there one there to begin with?? Anyone know whereI can get this piece??

u can get the modified one at strictlyz for 80, and the unmodified one at grubbs for 40.
