Winter protection HKS & Rays OEM 19" Wheels

So I have to pull the G out early from storage and was just curious if anyone who has been running their G in the winter with HKS and 19" OEMs.

I sold my wifes car and the new one won't be here for awhile two weeks, I'm pissed...

What did you do to protect the exhaust from salt and such. I'm in MN and we are close to loosing all our snow but the puddles are still going to be full of salt.
I was thinking about just coating the exhaust with WD-40 or some thing and washing it off every couple of days.

My wheels have less than 10K and are mint and don't want them getting all pitted. Can I just load them up with wax, like turtles or something or will that take the clear coat off you think...

your thoughts..

Miles

I have used WD-40 before to clean it,

I'll just find a good metal polish to use on it and just coat the heck out of it...
