HKS
Motordyne
Fast Intentions
Fujitsubo

Any of those are quality and reasonably priced. Don't go for cheap replicas.

I've had the luxury of owning both the HKS and Fujitsubo exhausts - very different but awesome in their own ways.

Never owned the FI or MD, but have seen and heard them both in person. Also awesome.

Can't lose with any of the above!

Welcome to the club, I suggest to not be lazy and do a search. I am really surprised you havent been chastized yet by any of the members here. Not trying to be an *** but you would be able to get together what works for you easier. We have no idea what moderately priced means to you.

I have the HKS, so I'm a bit partial. I think it's the most unique sounding and by far the best looking exhaust, though some people think it's ricey because the canisters are prominently displayed and the tone is higher pitched. It growls like hell when you get over 3-4k rpms and is decently quiet around town, although I wish it were a bit quieter so I could go with HFC's without drawing too much attention to myself. Overall I have no regrets getting this exhaust.

I'd go with the Fast Intentions exhaust after that. It's like a more muscular VQ sound. Fairly quiet in city driving, has a nice growl when you get on it. Only thing is I don't like how it looks and that was the clincher for why I went with HKS. Overall FI is a more subdued but a better choice if you plan to go full bolt-on in the future and don't want to have your car be super loud.

I have no experience with Motordyne or Fujitsubo but they are pretty much universally praised for having great build quality and sound. Do a search and you will come up with tons of information on these exhausts.

Good luck, and props on not buying a ****ty replica. I guarantee you will not regret buying any of these genuine quality exhausts.

I have the Motordyne Shockwave V2 TDX, and I love the way it sounds. But sounds are very subjective. I suggest looking these exhausts up on youtube, or better yet, go to your local meets and hear them in person on other member's cars.

Honestly, you can get exactly what you're after by upgrading the Cats.. If you're after a deeper growl and actually want to introduce some more horsepower and torque, cats are the best way to go for our cars IMO..

I'd say go w/ Kinetix, Crawford, or Berk Technologies. (I have the Berks myself)

I agree with twalls, HFC's are the way to go cause that's were your restriction is. Check out our MARKETPLACE under vendor exhaust, you'll find the best prices, largest selection and our valued sponsors....
