how to cover up holes in front bumper?

i bought my G 2 months ago and the owner prior to me had a front plate with drill holes in the front bumper....are their OEM painted plugs to put in the holes or do i need to fill and repaint my bumper

A more permanent fix would be to use a filler like dolphin glaze and painting it over.
