Has anyone changed the color of their speedo gauges?

I own German performance cars... I just bought a G35... I like the G35... thank you...bye now.

 

there was a post where this guy changed his to blue. looked nice but there was some hot spots on the gauges. colors were uneven on some areas. other than that, it looked awesome.
u shud try to search for it somewhere on this forum.

 

Yeah, that blue gauge cluster mod looked pretty good.

If I remember correctly, the only thing I didn't like (besides those hot spots etc.) was that it no longer matched the stock orange center console lighting (climate control/ stereo etc.)

 

wonder how long it takes to do the conversion

 

Doesn't take long to take out the gauge cluster and change the bulbs, but the problem is finding bulbs that will be bright enough and have good dispersement.
