My car is dead!

My car is dead!
...OK, well not really, but the battery is.
On Sat. night a friend of a friend wanted to see my car, I said no prob it's in the garage go take a look. Well he turned the key to ACC to see dash and interior, and never turned the key back. Didn't check my car until Sun. night and there is my key in the ignition, it is completely dead, doesn't even make a click when I turn the key. Grrrrr. Didn't have time to jump it yet, gonna have to do it tonight after work.
Is there any way for me to get to my trunk? The damn thing doesn't open now and a bag of mine is in there that I need. I tried briefly this morning to see if I could lower the back seats to no avail (was running late for work so really didn't try that hard).

Re: My car is dead!
There's a red fabric pull-strap loop tucked in around the middle of the rear seat that releases it (the seat that is). It's in the space between the seat back and seat bottom. You might have to feel around for it if it's gotten pushed into the space. It will allow you into the trunk where you can pull the emergency trunk release built into the underside of the trunk lid (it's T-shaped and glows in the dark), or you can just pull your bag out from inside the car.
If your car is a 6MT you could also jump-start the engine by rolling it down an incline and popping the clutch in 1st gear with the ignition on, which will power up all the electronics again.

Re: My car is dead!
Thanks all, when I got home I actually read the owners manual (gasp!) and found out how to get the seats down. Once I found the strap is was fairly easy.
Jump starting the car was fairly routine, but getting the damn car in neutral so I could push it out of my garage was a pain. First you need the parking brake on, then you must push on the brake, then at the same time you need a very thin screwdriver to push in the shift-lock button.
By the way, after jumping it, I drove it around for about 30 mins to recharge the battery, didn't really notice any performance difference from the ECU being reset....
