Might be 25% front 75% rear AWD Option. True AWD seems unlikely with a push of a button. But then again it is an Infiniti.

any power split is better than 100% rear in the snow

Didnt think so haha. I just searched all over and the only G's that comes AWD is the X and the 370GT. Snow option only increases VDC's control over the car. It Changes up how the options for it making it easier to drive in the snow.

The snow setting locks out first gear, so you actually takeoff in second gear which means less wheelspin. And its rwd just like a G35.

There are now guys here in Australia who can do the English conversion - I have had mine done. I bought stickers off Ebay in English for the buttons.

would it be possible to see your buttons with the stickers on it? seems like that would be soo much easier.
