Wich one is the best OEM diferential for this set up in this G? Also aftermarket options will be welcome. I was reading some threads about it and it seems that the 3.3FD from the automatic is the best for longer shifts. I also read about the "open diferential to weld" - What is this? Any help will be appreciated.

Changing from a 3.54 to a 3.36 differential won't really make much of a difference in your gear length or shift points on our cars. You'd need a much more drastic differential ratio change to notice a real difference.
