I just got one of my headlights replaced under waranty and the new one is HOT!!

The new lights are a darker chrome than the original. the chrome matches the grill. It looks 10 times better than the original housing. Even looks black in some light. Only problem is now one light is Dark and the other light. It's barely noticeable, Can't wait to get the other matching Housing. Just thought I'd share.

 

yep.. same boat here, my driver side has been cracked for 6 months and my passenger side *just* cracked last week. I knew it would be cockeyed, so I've been waiting.. Calling to make an appointment in a few mins (both at the same time)

 

You know what they wouldn't do both at the same time for me. They said they couldn't claim $1500 under warranty at a time so they could only order one. Then when they told me it was in I asked to have the other one ordered before I came in and they said they couldn't. Oh well now I just have to wait for the next one.

 

Lets see some pics!!!! That sounds hot. Could they be from a 2005? or is there a difference between the 2003 and 2004? Just curious... some pics would be awesome if you got a digi.

I think they changed the lights for the late 2003 and 2004 models. I knoticed the colorchange when I saw mine were cracked and then procedded to look at everyone elses. I like the new dark ones so much better. I dont have a Digi right now but I'll try to get some pics. it might be hard to show with a digi cause it;s only a slight difference adn it depends on the angle you look at the lights. I'll give it a shot if I can get my hands on a digi cam.
