20" Axis Shines Setup

Hey Guys,
I have a 06 G, no drop, and am looking to purchase some 20" Axis Shine's pretty soon. I'm not very savvy/knowledgeable when it comes to wheels, tires, offsets, etc, so please bear with me.

I have been reading some searched results, but am not getting a very clear answers.

1. What tire sizes do I need to get for these in order to ride/look/last the best?
2. Do I need to get spacers for them to look good? If so, what sizes?
3. Anything else that is necessary for this setup to work? My car is pretty much stock.
4. Are there any negative results in going from the stock 19's to these 20's? Rougher ride? Shorter tire life? Etc?

I really like the shines and just want to have a nice setup with them so any help is appreciated.

Cheers!

1. typically 245 or 255 front and 275 or 285 rear.
2. spaces depend on the offsets you choose.
3. yes. if you're not going to drop it, dont even buy any wheels larger than what you have right now. you're car is going to be much higher. You will need to roll your fenders.
4. yes. tires for 20" are expensive, if you havent noticed yet. and of course you will have a rougher ride.

DROP THE CAR FIRST!!!

Im running 255/35 and 285/30 on mine. 20mm front, 25mm rear. I ended up cutting off my rear fender lips with the offset Im running, but my tires are almost flush with the fenders and Im running like 1 or 2 degrees of negative camber. 245 and 275 is the majority of what people run.

I dont think the ride is any rougher than my OEM 19s

No it wont, you wanna keep the overall diameter (26-27" I cant remember) of your tires the same, you get bigger rims, you get smaller sidewalled tires. Keeping your speedo accurate also.

And depending on what offset he goes with he may not have to roll the fenders.
