a quick fix

yo so i have an 06 G coupe, wondering how many people with iphones or any auxillary input phone are pissed that the G doesnt have an aux input. what has anyone done as a fix? how can i rig up just an aux cord and housing, and what does the back of the stock radio look like? i havent had the time to pull anything apart yet. help would be appreciated

Use this one:
PAC AAI-NIS2 04-05-06 INFINITI G35 FX35 AUX INPUT iPOD
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200451490355&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
its not as expensive as the Ipod connector one, but its worth better than spending am arm/leg just so you can listen to music from an ipod.

FM Transmitter?. if you have an iPhone, theres an app for this transmitter thing..

you still need the transmitter though..

but this app gives you the best station to set it on, to get the clearest sound possible from a transmitter. Type your zip code and it'll give you the best station.

My 2003 has a cassette deck so I walked into Apple, bought a cassette deck adapter, and called it a day. It's hella gh3tt0, but the iPhone rests in the center console anyway. A simple $25 fix, and I have a set playlist for driving. That, or I listen to the Magliozzi's Car Talk.

I use the Nissan factory ipod integration with my jail broken Iphone 3gs. I love the fact that i can stream you tube, Pandora, and slacker radio. I got the scoshe pasport a lil add-on that charges it as well. For an incognito installation it took me a lil over 4 hours.

take a look at the Nis-15 (newer than the Nis2 previously posted). It's about $115-$120 on ebay.

I got it off a member on this forum he sold it to me for about 25 bucks for everything . It was brand new except for the cable that connects to the ipod. I found a replacement for it online for 25 bucks. So i basically got a steal. I recommend it . You will not be disappointed.

FM transmitters blow. I used to have one for my mp3 player, and it sucked bad. Now I gotta use a tape kit since my head unit is screwed and the CD player don't work =\
