G35 Double take

Had to share this story with you all (it's a long boring story about a short boring man).

I'm coming home from work last Thurs (4/3) and I'm sitting in the left lane (like always) and of course in front of me are 3 cars with about 8 car lengths in between them (GOD I HATE THAT!!!) the one right in front of me a 2000 Accord. As soon as I had the chance I moved all the way over to the far right lane and punched it. Keep in mind I didn't change lanes or ride the Accord like an @$$hole but I did get up to about 90 in the right lane.

I look back and see the Accord (which is way far back) racing up to catch me. Whether he was annoyed that I passed him (heaven forbid!) or he was just playing follow the leader I don't know.

I'm coming up on the next lane of roadblocks and lo and behold in front of me is a G35C (DG, G, Prem...exact same as mine). Keep in mind this is the first time I've seen one on the road in the 5 months I've had mine. I pull up next to him (skinny Asian dude, I'm a stocky Asian dude) and give him the respectful nod and smile and he does the same. He then pulls ahead (he's in the far left and I'm in the center).

All of a sudden the dude in the Accord pulls next to me (in the left lane) and is looking at me with this REALLY confused look on his face. Then he looks at the G35C in front of him and then he looks back at me. We had pulled around a curve so I guess the dude got confused as to which G35C he was trying to follow or flip off.

Funniest thing that's happened to me in that car yet! Hope you enjoyed my story.

You're lucky...I've seen 3 coupes...and two of them have been women who don't care that I just weaved through 1/2 a mile of traffic getting the finger from half of the people I passed just to catch up to the other coupe...and all the sedans I've seen have been older people who don't care either...

well if it was the new accord, then must have just been a confused individual period... there's a reason that honda sales are down... it's because their newest cars are ugly. period. I owned a honda civic and an acura integra back when they stil looked good... now they are for very confused drivers...
