Also does this apply to replacing the throttle body? In infinitihelp, the first two procedures with turn on and off via ignition was easy. The only gripe I have is the idle air relearn procedure.

Any help is appreciated as I will most likely be replacing.

Thanks everyone for the help.
I haven't cleaned it yet. Need to go pick up some mm allen wrenchs, mine seem to have walked away. Will get it clean tonight. Thought about port and polishing it, but it seems good already.

I am replacing both camshft position sensors tonight and will be doing the reidle procedure on it.

That's very symptomatic of a bad camshaft position sensor. Once you replace those, you should be fine. Very common issue with our G's. I just had one replaced about a month ago.

Changed both sensors in about an hour. Not hard at all. While the TB was off, I completely cleaned it.

Got everything back together and did the idle relearn process. Everything working great!
