5AT Axle Click??
SO from researching i have found that my G35 Coupe definetly has the axle click.
I then took my car to the dealership thinking it would still be under the the Powertrain warranty. Of course i was told completely different.
I was told That this does not come under the warranty and i had to fork over $125 dollars for a diagnosis that I already had given to them.
And get this they wanted an extra $382 dollars to fix something so simple as applying grease and replacing a simple bolt.
Of course i left and just paid the $125
I still am really curious if this would fall under the powertrain warranty or atleast be a factory defect that should be corrected at their expense.
Also if anyone could point me in the direction of somehow showing them that they are completely wrong for saying this??

It is indeed 6 years/70,000 miles.
OTOH, is my Infiniti dealership the only dealership that doesn't charge for diagnosis? I brought my car in complaining about an abundance of noises, and they diagnose and fix, then I leave a happy camper paying for just the remedy.

Then I went over to Infiniti, he said schedule an appointment and they'll look at it, no charge.
As for the OP, you can probably find a local mechanic to fix it (I had it done for $60).
