basic starter mods help

Hey guys,
My name is Jessica, I bought my first g35coupe about six months back and am ready to really start personalizing it.I got an 06, black/tan with sport package
I do have a few basic questions on how to get started...I like doing everything myself and just need a little advice..

So I started with replacing side maker lights with white ones..could use some intel on what led bulbs would be best to replace them with. I'd prefer white, and want the side markers, license plate, step lights etc... all to match.any suggestions?

Also ordered a gialla grill...want to debadge the trunk down to just mount fuji, center it, and put the g35 letters in the upper right hand corner of the new grill...any tips and tricks to debadging?

last but not least, the weather stripping along the windows looks a little weathered, whats the best way to get them lookin sharp again?

any input would be great!thanks

As long as you dont touch the mt fuji when you debadge, you will be good to go with the rear. As for putting the G35 in the corner of the gialla, I would recommend you just buy new G35 lettering. Trying to save the rear stuff to put in the front you might run into adhesive problems. As for debadging, get your self some fishing line, some goo gone, and maybe a heat source (in case they dont peel off easily) like a hair dryer.

Welcome to driver, nice choice of color .

I can't help with the grille or the weather strips, however, I highly recommend PM'ing mrwong@statik about the lighting, he's a vendor on here and a great guy. He can get you pretty much any other mods you'll want in the future at a great price too.

Henry has all the lights you're looking for. I bought my whole set from him, for the trunk, license plate, map lights, doors, sidemarkers, and city lights. The LED's are pure white, no hint of blue.

Debadging is extremely easy whether you're experienced or a beginner. All you need is fishing wire/floss, goo gone, a hair dryer and some elbow grease. The Gialla grille is beautiful though I would just paint it and leave it the way it is. I also have changed my sides to clear but I left the original bulb to avoid getting pulled over. And the weather stripping, I'd leave that to the stealership.
