yeah I though I could get better

putting down 5k on an 04 6mt plus they wouldnt even throw in the front lip, they told me its an extra $540.00, its like Im buying this 40,000 car from you and you can give me a $540 option. They act as if these cars are gold and even though there getting new ones in a few weeks that they can still charge out the *** for the 04's

I initially got 2.9% for a 6MT coupe in July but got a phonecall a few days later telling me it should actually be 3.9% and asked me to sign a new contract. I told them to go pound sand, the contract is binding. Then they asked me what I wanted from them that might change my mind... to make a long story short, they now pickup/dropoff my car from my house with loaner for all oil changes, I got the front lip spoiler (which was the only option I didn't get from the factory because they told me it wasn't a part of the Aero Package... idiots), AND I demanded a full set of snow tires w/ free install. All for an additional $16 a month ($960 over the life of the loan) and I maintain a good relationship with the dealer.

Oh yeah, and the salesperson who I signed the original contract with was subsequently fired. I felt bad for about 30 seconds.

I preordered my G35 in Nov 2003. Lost my old job in January (company ran into financial problems, sold out, and closed all branches). When I went to it pickup in March, I was denied credit because I had 'no fixed income'. Being self-employed and running your own business doesn't count if its less than a year old.

 

I bought my 2003.5 G used (earlier this year)... got 4.9% through my credit union....

thats my problem, I make alot of my money off the books so there is no record of my total earnings, therefore my credit shows that I make alot less than I actualy dol.

Consider yourself lucky. I just got my bonus check with 42% taken out for taxes... I swear, sometimes the Gov't should be wearing ski masks when they make the laws.

What really confuses me is how I can give nearly half of my money a year to the Gov't and that genius still managed to get us trillions of $ in debt... go figure.
