There's a few things in that picture - not sure what you're trying to pinpoint.

Are you asking about the aluminum side sill with the Infiniti logo? It's called a side sill. They're not too expensive (~$35 each) if I recall. Dealers might charge you an arm and a leg though.
That infinitipartsusa.com is probably your best bet to source the part.
