Quote: I can tell you from experience that Shell gas does leave fewer deposits on your intake valves. A friend of mine uses nothing but Shell in his Hayabusa. After 30,000 miles we took the head off the bike and the intake valves were clean as they could be. I use Shell in everything I drive now.
SHELL is all i use in my G and my Ninja, both are running fine, and as far as my bike, i have taken mine apart before as well. clean as whistle! I dont use exxon/mobil - they want dictatorship over the oil world. if SHELL is not avail, Texaco or BP (used to be option - think i’ll boycott them too for stupidity)

Quote: I use Shell V-Power all the time, but it probably makes no difference what gas you use. But since I only fill up like once a month, and there's a Shell right by my house, I figure why not.
once a month?

Quote: its like cocain.

its all the same ****.

but one drug dealer might cut his different than another. so one is stronger than the other.

**** it. i work for the chevron refinery. and we supply tesoro, and shell with many of our products. and we also get some from them. tesoro ans shell then take our gas and add lets just say sugar (i dont know what the actual name is) and then they call it there own. so yea i guess it is "DIFFERENT" but in a way. its the same stuff

hahahaha wow dude hell of a way 2 explain dude! i loved it!

i ONLY put shell. if i'm out of town and i cant find shell then ill put chevron.

Other... Marathon. Btw I watched this special on gas(like 2 years ago when it was outrageous at like 4 dollar a gallon) and they said that all gas has the same cleaning detergents, so the only real difference is price.

We have a lot of chevron stations but they have 10 percent ethanol in them. We have one exxon station that has no ethanol, I try to use it as often as I can.
