Infiniti nor the dealer have any control of the shipments once they leave the factory. They are at the mercy of the freight lines and customs. You can get your deposit back in NY anytime after the written promised delivery date has passed.

i got my car last thursday night..i think they were waiting on one or two more..id call and see what the deal is

 

I speak to them every day and its always a different story.
Did they tell you why it was delayed?

 

they said the truck got held up at the port and they were sending one of their trucks to get it but it was already on anoth truck on the way to the dealer..it sounded like alot of bs to me but i finally got it what dealer did u get urs from

 

competition as well. Just called for my daily check up but the salesman was busy. Just waiting for the call back, hopefully some good news today.

This is what pisses me off more than anything. almost 3 hours later and still no call back and I have called twice. You would think that someone they have kept waiting for 2 weeks might be able to a phone call returned. Well at least I know who I wont be recommending and when do we get those surveys.
