Quote: The 05 brakes are better than the Brembo's anyway.
then it must mean that the newer normal brakes have two pistons?

I would have thought there would be more interest seeing as how these "I wish I got a 6mt instead of my 5at" threads pop up pretty frequently.

Thats a debate for another thread. The 05 brakes offer plenty of stopping power. Lets try to stay on topic.

i'm sure there is another topic on this and i'm also certain the 05 brakes do not offer more physical clamping force..... maybe the factory pads are better so some people get confused but the brake calipers themselves are no where near on the same level...... and when people make vague statements like brakes i assume the hardware not the interchangable applications that can be used with the calipers (the brake pads)

I would do this if you were local. I have a 03 Caribbean Blue coupe with 41k on the clock, 06+ projectors, everything changed to LEDs, clear corners, OEM 19s, and a few other goodies. You would love the color though. It has a insane pearl at night. Good luck with your endeavor though!

I'm surprise no one made you an offer. I guess people can't drive manuals here. LOL

Try posting pictures of the car..
