New to the forum, had some questions

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and I'm thinking about purchasing a 2003-07 G35 coupe. I have some questions about the car.

1. I've seen that there is a problem concerning the valve cover leaking oil into the spark pug tube. Is this problem a common issue for all G35 coupes, AT and MT, 2003-2007?

2. What is the difference between the HR, DE, and Revup engines?

3. I've seen that there is a tire wear problem for the G35, has anyone experienced that problem? or found a solution? Also what tires work best in the summer for this car that doesn't cost a fortune?

4. Also I live in Massachusetts and the winter can get pretty rough at times, what tires work best in the winter for the G35? So far I've seen Hankook ipike, Bridgestone Blizzak, and Nokian snow tires.

5. Lastly, which G35 model year and package(premium, sport) seems to be the better than the others?

Thanks, please forgive my noob like questions!

1) Yes very common, Will cost you over $700 to repair

2) HR is for the 2007 Sedan. Has to intakes. Revup has a cool feature. (Burns oil).

3) Yes, Common problem. No fix as of yet. Maybe it's due to the bad Compression Rod which Infinti has revised.

4) Any winter tires will do.

5) Get a 2005+. Nicer interior.
