Our VQ cats are the most restrictive part's of our cars. changing them out with Test Pips or HFC's will defiantly give you gains you can feel. Plus, they keep the sexy stock exhaust note but just make it more beastly

Id recommend Fast Intensions, Berk, or the new Kinetix Cat's

 

Headers don't do much, unless you're FI. Maybe you got the 2 confused. HFCs/test pipes give good gains.

Sway bars are a good investment and they'll only cost you ~ $300. They'll dramatically improve the handling dynamics of your car. Then get HFCs to open up your exhaust and put the $200 you have left away to save for a tune.
