but ive seem they still have the navi, when they dont have the dot too.

If you want satellite radio then sure. Thats all that antenna is for.

You can get the radio kit (includes the receiver and antenna) here. If all you want is the antenna, try calling an Infiniti dealer parts department (or pm one of the part department representatives on here).
