Okay, so when I start my car after sitting a short period of time, I hear this noise sounding like its comming from my right front wheel or wheel well. It sounds just like the inner lining is rubbing on my tire. ITS NOT!!! It only happens at slow speed, (at least thats when I hear it) and by slow I mean about 5 miles per our and its only when I turn the wheel to the right. It can be going forward or backward. I through it up on the lift and saw absolutely NOTHING rubbing. PLEASE HELP!!

 

Oh and it goes away after i pick up the pace a little and drive for a minute or 2.
