Defective headlights?

Just noticed that both of my headlights has cracks in the silver reflectors. Anyone else have the same problem? Is this a factory defect?

Re: Defective headlights?

The bad news is that they haven't fixed the defect. The replacement may end up cracked as well. I was told that as long as the car is under warranty they will continue to replace the headlights when they get cracked but if you're outside the warrranty you're on your own. Apparently they haven't replaced enough of them yet for a fix to be cost effective. Mine had scorch marks in addition to the cracks.
