I don't think its a photoshop'd picture. But I do think it's some sort of advanced panning technique? Possibly the camera following alongside of the car?

I have a D60 and was thinking about upgrading it to the new 20D. The specs look really sweet on that thing.

Re: My Silver G35 6MT in motion :)

yea, my frends photochop their car pics to look like their drifting when their car is really just sitting still with the wheel turned the opposite direction. they also made a car look like it was doing 100 mph+ on a track when it was really sitting still in my driveway, lol!

All I think of is "radial motion blur filtered layers" for each wheel and background, leaving just the body copied layer to the front untouched. :\
...just like those mazda 6 ads.

It's actually called 'rig shooting' and it is indeed equipment - try doing it with Photoshop, you won't exactly get the same "impression" ...

All the shots done in publications are done the same way - it consists of a long shutter speed and slight movement of the car, while using equipment to keep the camera steady.

Re: My Silver G35 6MT in motion :)

Only modification I did was editing out my rig equipment.

The movement and stuff is all done by photography.

Re: My Silver G35 6MT in motion :)

Went on amazon to check out this Canon 20D that I hear so much about and to my astonishment that beotch is like $1,500. For that kind of cash I'll pay David LaChepelle to take my pics for me!

I'm being very dramatic. Seeing the results you've yielded I am seriously considering it on my short list.

Looking good Jason

Re: My Silver G35 6MT in motion :)

it would look even sicker if it was taken with a TB coupe. =D
give it a little more contrast to the background.
