top speed headers

Would top speed headers for an 05 350z fit an 06 g35 coupe?
and what are your opinions on top speed headers and headers in general?

unless you're FI, don't bother. Research the costs associated with installing them and then you'll see why. They don't make any huge difference to NA g's either. Save your money and buy some HFC's.

i'd buy them lol. just the springs though, not the struts. You dont really know how many miles are on them but the springs are just metal, were the struts have fluid and pressure that might be old and bad

^ +1, I always wanted to do headers after a CAI, I learned real quick that the cost and install were just not reasonable for the hp/tq gains.

Kotched, you are such a noob! Do you think if someone is trying to sell his springs he's going to be anything but nice? Not likely.... Do you realize if you install those Tein S-Techs you'll also need camber arms for the front and adjusters for the back too? If you don't get these suspension adjusters you'll be eating a set of tires every six months or so depending on how far you drive. Forget headers, shiny or not that's not where the restriction is in your exhaust system. The best way to increase HP is the plenum spacer and HFC's for your NA engine. Slow down, stop spending your $$ until you have a fool proof plan and know what you're buying and why!

Gary i love your car
anyways
i think ur really confused lol
I said im not going to buy the headers, especially after reading what others had to say about them. Also, i said i wasn't going to buy spring from the craigslist guy.
I said i was going to buy them from charles from b2autodesigns, who is a sponsored vendor here on the forums (u prob know him better then me)

anyways, u brought up a good question
If i get those brand new springs, i cant just throw them on my car?
Because i've done alot of research about heights and rubbing and fendor rolling and what not, but no one has ever mentioned camber arms.
Will u reply with some info?
Thanks

Confused? Kotched, I was making a point that you're rushing into areas unknown to you. Do a SEARCH under subject "Lowering", you'll find further information about what is needed when you lower your G and more importantly why. If you have OE wheels you don't need to worry about fender rubbing, that only comes into play after you buy aftermarket wheels with giant offsets and fat tires.
