econ eats gas?

does it eat gas like ac?

I own German performance cars... I just bought a G35... I like the G35... thank you...bye now.

is econ air cooled at all? or is it just outside air let in?

IIRC Econ is more efficient in regards to mpg becuase it either does one or to things. It either uses outside cool air if the temp setting you chose is above the outside temp and the interior is above your setting. Or it uses a combination of both outside air and ac to do the same thing. I can't remeber which, but I am sure someone will chime in soon. Either way ECON is more efficient in regards to mpg.

ECON as in economy will only engage the AC when needed so it's better for your fuel economy (hence the name) than when using full AC.
