usa-spec pa15-nis (not SAT ready) or pa15-infi (SAT ready). best options, IMO.

I got my PA15-NIS from an ebay seller for a good price. Unfortunately it mysteriously stopped working 1 day after install, and now I'm in the process of exchanging it. So after all said and done I will have had to take the head unit out 3 times, and install this thing twice. Kind of pissed about it at this point....

Also, the instructions are kind of crappy IMO. The hook ups are pretty straight forward, but as far as programming the modes and stuff... that can be confusing. Probably because the unit is made for so many different models.

I have this and installed it myself (pa15-infi (SAT ready). The tech support was good. They helped me get it working but could not get the steering wheel controld to work right. Have to take apart most of dash but not to hard if you have some technical skills. Good Luck.

You can use the PA15-NIS regardless if you are wired for sat or not. The PA15-infi is only if you are wired for SAT.

Shoot me a PM if you have questions. I can help guide you through installing it so the iPod can be stowed away and easily accessible in the console.
Can you post a link to where you bought this OEM Nissan kit from, and how much it was?
