So I go to the dealer today to show them how my IP rear bumper is becoming a totally different color than the rest of my car.

So of course I get the metal vs. plastic argument from then (which is complete BS, b/c the rest of the plastic parts look fine).

Then I get "it looks like your bumper was repainted b4 you got it (note, I custom ordered it, picked it up the day it came in) and there is no record of it in our database.

So I'm going to see a paint specialist from Infiniti.

Is there anything I can do to arm myself before I see this specialist? I don't feel the metal/plastic argument doesn't hold water b/c we have 3 other white cars (1 pearl) in my house and none of them look like this.

Any help would be appreciated, b/c I want to get this fixed.

Note: I am calling ICA on this dealer b/c there service is utterly reprehensible!
