did infiniti deny service cus ur cars too low?

i went to infiniti to do the airbag recall and asked for quotes on getting fluids changed out and they said they cant work on my car cus its too low. u guys who are really low get denied to?

That sucks. I guess they can't get you in a bay or on a ramp??

Haven't been yet, but I'm friends witrh the guys at my dealer so they'll make it work.

That sucks though, I'd be pissed.

I got denied an oil change cuz my car was too low but it wasn't at Infiniti

use factory jack, lift a couple inches, place hydraulic jack under diff, lift until rack arms go under the car. problem solved

Blame that on the G35 drivers who demanded that Infinti pay in full for a replacement fiberglass bumper that broke in pieces when the 'lowered' vehicle reversed out of the ramp and got caught...

It's a liability issue. Plus those "techs" drive like shlt. They rev the shlt out of my car once.

So the service rep should include a memo on the work order?

LOL.

CS: Customer request that technicians place a hydraulic jack under the car to assist in lowered vehicle's ramp clearance.

CS: Customer request that 2x4's also be placed to help assist clearance. If no 2x4 is available, customer suggest that technician drive to home depot to get one.

CS: Customer request that technicians be careful of fiberglass bumper. Customer claims this is a Nismo Replica that he purchased from ebay for $900. So be careful when driving up and down ramps.
