Is that because of FI?

03 AT coupe - 130k changed oil today. runs like a champ. only issues were leaking oil coiler O-ring (little high temp RTV fixed that right up lol) and both seats have acted up and have replaced all the gears in them! not another problem still a very strong car!

my 95 Ford explorer 2wd has 356K on it!!(only replaced the heater core) and i still drive it from time to time. that way the G never loses that same feeling i got the day i bought it

128,000 with no major mechanical issues beyond than the normal 03 coupe stuff (window motors, head unit, seat tear, valve covers, etc).

87,940 with regular maintenance done, except I had to replace an e-brake clip that came loose- then I needed new wheel bearings too because the old one was frozen onto the hub when they were trying to install the new clip.

My service advisor said it's a very rare occurrence, the only other time they've seen it was on a FX35. Guess it's a case of bad luck.
